Ontario Real Estate?
Is the OREA an organisation created by the ontario real estate agents or is it an official goverment organisation. Meaning, if it is not a legal requirement by the government to have an orea licence to sell real estate, why do people need one?….just to work within the established agencies like remax etc.
It was created by the real estate agents. Mostly to make it harder to become one so they can make more money.
