Well, I've read my mind property real principles of review books and practice books (im studying for my exam) and I read something that has to be color-blind attitude when it comes to people. And I know about the Fair Housing Act and all that stuff. My question is, is it legal for a company or office to be called "Realty Hispanic"? Is not that illegal? I drove by yesterday and saw a car company with that name in this and I could not believe that .. I see a company that is geared towards Hispanics, Asians and blacks, but not put in the kind of company name does not? And I know if a white / Caucasian person who has, it would be exaggerating, and it would be an entirely different matter.
Regardless of whether the person who placed / name chosen is white, black, Asian, Latino, green, purple or otherwise, is not fair. And, yes, broke code of ethics.
