What should I do to learn to do real estate closings?
I want to go into business to conduct real estate closings titles. I have no experience in the area but can be very lucrative. I am a notary public and will be a preparation for the sale of title insurance in the licensing examination the state. Meanwhile, I want to gain experience doing just closures of goods – real, re-fi, etc live in New Jersey
I think you need a property license roots, but you may able to go to work for a security company without it. You can check with local title companies and see what their needs were and see also if there were any opening for interns or internships.
